Start with red (purple) cabbage. This is a great hormone regulator because it is loaded with phytoestrogens and antioxidants. Cut it in half and save the rest for later. Shred about 1 cup with a cheese shredder as finely as possible. Raw cabbage can be a little hard to digest, so if it is shredded finely, it will help.

Cut up about 1/3 of a large cucumber. Cucumbers (especially the seeds) are considered a fertility enhancer in women.

Peel a ripe avacado, cut in half and discard the pit. Cut ½ of the avacado and save the rest for later. Avacados are a great source of the good fats and they can help enhance progesterone production and keep the balance between estrogen and progesterone.

Cut a tomato in half and cut into cube size pieces. Tomatoes are a good source of lycopene which can reduce inflammation and help with endometriosis.

Add about 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil (a great source of the good fats)

Add some balsamic vinegar if desired

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy!
